Michael Peterson

Michael Peterson leads the Echo360 customer success program, which drives customer delight and educational outcomes as the central themes in delivery of lecture capture, active learning, and analytical services. His responsibilities include service deployment, user training and best practices, technical support, and long-term customer satisfaction with a focus on the critical academic success factors of educational institutions worldwide. Michael is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he studied international relations, European history, and computer science. He resides in Vienna, VA with his wife and three children and is based at Echo360 headquarters in Reston, VA.
