Who Should Attend:  New Echo360 Administrators, Delegated Administrators, and Support Staff

Length: 1 hour

If you are new to administration in the Echo360 platform, don’t worry we have you covered.  In this session, you will become familiar with the administration interface, delegated admin permissions, manage rooms and device setup, understand course and user provisioning techniques, and a review of institutional usage and reporting.  At the end of the session we will conduct a Q&A session as well, so come prepared with your questions.

Who Should Attend:  Experienced Echo360 Administrators, Delegated Administrators, and Support Staff

Length:  1 hour (45 mins)

In this session, our deployment engineers will walk you through recent additions to the administration interface and how to incorporate them to enhance existing implementations. This includes recent enhancements to room and user management, and linking courses in the LMS. Reporting now tells a larger story for your institution, so we will focus on reviewing new cloud usage and dashboard analytics, and how to leverage them for important academic and business decisions.

Who will be presenting? 

Tracy Smith headshot

Tracy Smith, Senior Deployment Engineer joined Echo360 in 2010 deploying and supporting Echo360 with and for our North American customers.  Tracy’s professional background includes teaching in the California public high school system, local and wide area network design, installation and administration and telecommunications systems installation and management.

Tracy holds a BS in Computer Science and a BA in English from California State University of Los Angeles.   He enjoys reading, bowling and travel.

Woody Bernardo Headshot

Woody Bernardo is a Deployment Engineer who joined Echo360 in 2014.  Woody is responsible for onboarding and deploying the Echo360 lecture capture solution to customers across multiple regional territories. 

Throughout his deployments, Woody has also delivered numerous administrator training sessions for our clients.  More recently, Woody has put a major focus on assisting existing customers with their migrations to the Echo360 cloud. 

Prior to Echo360, Woody has worked as a contractor in several technical and customer support roles for government agencies, including defense and healthcare agencies.  Woody received his B.S. degree in Information Technology at George Mason University.  When he is not traveling from customer to customer during the summer, he enjoys weightlifting, playing sports, and watching movies.
